Our CSA baskets are designed for the 1-3 person household, and feature a variety of produce from early June through mid-October. We thank you for your interest in CSA with us, and we wanted to let folks know that we have all of our CSA slots filled up for this year and unfortunately can't take any additional CSA customers. Sorry for any inconvenience! We would still be very happy to see you at the Sault Farmers' Market!
What’s in a Basket?
Depending on the season, our shares can include spinach, snow peas, shelling peas, green beans, lettuce, kale, collards, cabbage, carrots, beets, tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers, pumpkins, oregano, and basil. From time to time we offer fruit from other farms in Northern Michigan, but we always let you know where any such additional produce is from and how it was grown.
In addition to the produce basket, you may request to have added to your order various breads and bakery products we make as well as maple syrup, eggs, beef and other products we can pass on to you from other farms we work with and which meet our standards. To take advantage of the extended choices, you will simply visit our website each week and check which products you would like in your order. We are also offering a delivery service in the Sault on Thursdays for a minimal charge for those of you unable to pick up at the Wednesday evening Sault Farmers Market.
